In this episode, we're going to visit one of the very few Amano shrimp breeding farms in Taiwan. This farm is invested and established by a technology company that manufactures network-management equipment, so many AI-related technologies have been applied to the artificial propagation of Amano shrimps. The farm mass-produces Amano shrimps by the method of captive breeding; the current monthly production quantity is about 300,000 pieces and it is expected to reach 3 million pieces per month in the near future. Most of the Amano shrimps sold by CWA come from this supplier.
